Henry Okah’s bail application has been dismissed in the South Gauteng High Court today.
He’s accused of orchestrating two deadly bomb blasts in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja, last October.
The Nigerian national has been linked to the Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta, which claimed responsibility for the attacks that left 12 people dead.
Okah has denied all the charges against him.
