The 64-year-old South African businessman who was arrested for threatening to unleash biological warfare on the United States and the United Kingdom will appear in court tomorrow.
Although police have e-mail evidence that he had threatened terror attacks, they’re searching his home and other sites to try and find evidence of biological warfare.
He allegedly extorted 28 million rands from the British government in exchange for not launching the attacks. The suspect was arrested near Hartbeespoort in the North West.
