A meeting was held yesterday by the Western Cape Community Safety Department, to look at ways to improve security on Table Mountain.
In recent years there have been several attacks on hikers and cyclists.
The meeting was held at Rhodes Memorial, with municipal and provincial government officials.
Community Safety spokesperson Melany Kuhn “There was some advice sharing among the group in terms of safety in numbers.”
