State Information Bill to be debated in the National Assembly

The Protection of State Information Bill will be debated in the National Assembly this week.
The debate on the bill was originally scheduled for late September but was postponed at the last minute.
The ruling party invited further submissions on the contested state secrecy legislation.
Spokesperson for the ANC chief whip Moloto Mothapo says it will be up to the National Assembly to decide on the future on of the Bill Wednesday.
