The Democratic Alliance wants the decision to grant parole to two of the so-called Waterkloof Four set aside.
The DA says the Parole Board made a mistake by releasing Gert van Schalkwyk and Reinach Tiedt.
The pair were among a group of four boys convicted in 2007 of killing a homeless man and assaulting another at a park in Pretoria.
They were each sentenced to 12 years in jail.
