The Western Cape MEC for Social Development Albert Fritz has called for suicide investigation at the Lindelani Place of safety in Stellenbosch.
This comes after the staff at the centre found the body of a 12 year old boy this weekend .
A similar incident occurred earlier this year a boy was killed when another offender beat him with a spade.
The Lindelani Place of safety is where juvenile offenders are kept .
