Cruise liners are good for Cape Town

The Cape Chamber of Commerce said today they expect local businesses to profit from the two cruise liners that docked in Cape Town.

The Queen Mary II Cruise liner docked in Cape Town harbour yesterday followed by the Silversea cruise liner that arrived today.

Thousands of passengers from both these cruise liners are expected to spend the next few days exploring Cape Town.

Cape Chamber of Commerce President Michael Bagraim said that every business is bound to benefit from the visitor`s presence.
