Metrorail warns that more delays can be expected

officials have warned that more train delays can be expected during this week.
The cause of these delays are due to vandalism at stations throughoutCape
Town .
Some trains running from theCape Flats ,
Bellville and Khayelitsha lines were vandalised on Monday which caused
major delays and cancellations.
Regional manager for Metrorail Lindelo Matya said, “Our technicians are trying to sort out the vandalised equipment. There will be some delays because a lot of it has to do with restoring it to its original state.”
