Several families face eviction from a state owned apartment building in Seapoint, Cape Town.
Wynard Mansion tenants were served with notices to vacate the flats for failing to pay rent.
The Human Settlements Department said that the tenant’s payments are in arrears.
The tenants have until the end of April to vacate the building.
