The presentation on Protection of State Information Bill was stopped by the chairman of ad-hoc committee in parliament today.

Raseriti Tau told Mark Weinberg from the Alternative Information Development Centre that he could not continue with his submission after he made political comments.

Tau accused Weinberg of making reference to the 2007 ANC Polokwane Conference.

Tau further said that the Committee welcomes and appreciates all relevant oral presentations that have been made to the Committee as they will assist the Committee members in their deliberations.
