Reviews of court judgement

Government has made it known that Judgments of the Supreme Court of Appeals will also be reviewed.
This comes after announcement that Constitutional Court judgments will be re-examined to determine how they had contributed to the transformation of society.
The planned review has been criticised as an attempt to interfere with the judiciary.
Justice department spokesperson, Tlali Tlali insists this is not the case.

Maybe they'll start reviewing Labour Court decisions to determine whether they contributed to society apart from upholding slave-like conditions and the 7 day work week?
