Five people have lost their lives in a road accident in Naturena in Johannesburg.
Two pedestrians were seriously injured.
According to paramedics a 35-year-old woman had been driving the car which went out of control.
The driver and the four men who were her passengers all died on the scene. Shocked bystanders say the impact was so great that the car split into two halves.
