Another chapter in the e-tolling battle will be written today.
Judge Bill Prinsloo is expected to hand down judgment in an interdict application by the Opposition to Urban Tolling Alliance.
Following closing arguments on Thursday, Sanral suddenly announced that it would postpone the implementation of e-tolls on Gauteng’s highways until the end of May.
This is the fifth postponement since toll tariffs were announced last year.
