The ANC may have to pay back a quarter-of-a-million-Rands donation the late Brett Kebble had made to the party.
The trustees of the slain businessman’s estate are taking the case to the South Gauteng High Court on Friday.
According to a newspaper the trustees claim Kebble got no value from the donation he had made eight years ago.
But the ANC’s lawyers say Kebble gained from the access he gained to political decision makers.
