A pedestrian was killed after trying to cross the N2 Highway in Ibiki near Butterworth.
The police’s Jackson Manatha said the 27-year-old man was struck by a truck on the N2 Friday afternoon.
Manatha said the man suffered head injuries and died at the scene.
He added that a case of culpable homicide case was opened.
