Corruption Watch South Africa says they have been asked to investigate Mdluli’s reinstatement.
Mduli returned to his post after charges of fraud and murder against him were dropped earlier this year.
Various opposition parties have since claimed that political influence had led to his return
Corruption Watch’s David Lewis says they plan to publish all the information they have on the issue on their website.
