Heavy traffic is expected on all major roads and highways across the country this weekend.
This is due to schools closing for the winter holidays tomorrow.
The Road Traffic Management Corporation’s Spokesperson Ashref Ismael says they are urging all motorists and pedestrians to obey traffic rules.
Ismael says drivers need to be particularly careful during the holidays to avoid road accidents, injuries and fatalities.
