Department clerk re-arrested

A Limpopo education department clerk who was granted bail in a case regarding the dumping of textbooks has been re-arrested.
Glen Kubayi was last week released on R2 000 bail after books were found dumped near Giyani.
Police say he was re-arrested after being connected to two other cases of the dumping of books in Tzaneen and Letsitele.
Kubayi is today being charged with cruel damage to property.
