Petrol tank cause fire

A man was killed and two other people injured when a petrol tanker and a bakkie collided in Belfast today.

Netcare 911’s Jeffery Wicks said the driver was treated and stabilised along the roadside by paramedics and transported to hospital in Middleberg.

It is believed that the petrol tanker slammed into the side of the bakkie resulting in both vehicles catching fire.
