Rainy weather left people displaced

Heavy rain and
stormy weather over the weekend, wrecked havoc and caused many accidents on Western Cape roads.
Four hundred and
eighty people were displaced.
Disaster Risk
Managements Wilfred Solomans Johannes said that they assisted many residents’
households with building materials and blankets.
He added that the engineers
also assisted with sand and pump-out water in various areas.
