SACTWU settles another wage dispute

The Southern African Clothing Textile Workers Union has reached another wage settlement.

Workers in the Workshed textile sector will be receiving a 6.65% wage increase.

The agreement was reached last week under the auspices of the national textile manufacturing bargaining council.

The agreement will come into effect backdated to the 1 July 2012.
