The bodies of three men were found in a Wendy house earlier today.
The fourth man died en route hospital. All victims aged between 17 and 21 had been shot in the head.
Western Cape Community Safety MEC Dan Plato said if the police cannot stop the violence and the bloodshed people will lose faith in the security forces.
