Body of a missing boy found

The body of the 7-year-old boy who was presumed to have drowned on Wednesday has been found.

The body was washed away in the Elsieskraal River.

Emergency Services called off the search on Thursday due to bad weather conditions.

EMS spokesperson Keri Davids said the search started with an aerial sweep and then divers with a rescue dog searched the water and found the body.
