Minister Edna Molewa hands over a project in the Northern Cape

Water and Environmental Affairs Minister Edna Molewa will today hand over a new landfill site to the people of Hartswater in the Northen Cape.

The Departmental Spokesperson Albi Modise said that the project aims to help ease poverty in the area.

Modise further said that about 288 people have been employed and received training during the construction phase.

He added that this is a 15,2 million rand project that is handed over to the people.
