Patient complaints call centre launched in Cape Town

The Western Cape Department of Health MEC Theunis Botha today announced a pilot project to address patient complaints. 

Botha said that this initiative is to create a communication channel for patients who are unhappy about health services.

MEC`s Spokesperson Helene Rossouw said that this means that patient can now sms or email their complaints.

Rossouw further said that the call centre will be opened 24 hours.
