Protestors closed the N2

Around 500 protestors have forced the closure of the N2 near the Cape Town International Airport in both directions this morning.
The crowd is burning tyres and blocking the highway near the Mew Way Bridge in Khayelitsha.
Motorists have been urged to use alternative routes.
Police are on the scene.
