People should not seek to score political points from last week's mine violence in Marikana according to Anglican Archbishop Thabo Makgoba.
He was speaking at the memorial service for the shooting victims today in the North West province.
Fourty-four people were killed in total during last week’s violence.
North West Premier Thandi Modise, Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa and Minister in the Presidency Collins Chabane were all in attendance.
