WC Health Department call centre project a success

Western Cape health authorities on Tuesday said they were making progress in restoring better service delivery at state health facilities across the province. 
This comes after the new complaints call centre pilot project,call centre agents have fielded 76 complaints from patients.
Provincial Health Spokesperson, Mark van der Heever said they want more people to complain in order to better services. 
Van der Heever said there has been successful resolution rate within 20 minutes.
He added that the complaints line has been successful.
