Western Cape Police have arrested a fourth suspect in the so-called Gumtree murder investigation.

Three other suspects were in court yesterday accused of hijacking, kidnapping and killing a twenty-one-year-old man whom they reportedly contacted through classifieds website Gumtree.

Olwyn Cowley’s body was discovered last Friday after being dumped in Khayelitsha, Cape Town.

SAPS provincial spokesperson Frederick van Wyk says the fifty-two-year-old suspect will appear in the Mitchells Plain Magistrate's Court on Thursday.
