Julius Malema yesterday mocked Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula’s decision to put military bases on high alert ahead of his address.
Only a few dozen off-duty soldiers turned up for the gathering near a military base in Lenasia, Johannesburg
Malema said he was not planning to de-stabilise the government.
But said he and his supporters want the leadership removed democratically.
