25 September 2012
Julius Malema’s business partner and the chief executive of the controversial On-Point company Lesiba Gwangwa and three other suspects have handed themselves over to the Limpopo police.
It is understood that they will appear in the Polokwane Magistrate’s Court today.
Roads around the court have been blocked off.
Public Protector Thuli Madonsela found that On-Point had acted corruptly by signing back-to-back agreements with subcontractors.
