Transport and Public Works and Health Ministers Robin Carlisle and Theuns Botha, will be conducting a site visit to Mitchell’s Plain Hospital currently under construction on Wednesday.
The project has been a massive undertaking by the Provincial Department of Transport and Public Works.
Siphesihle Dube, media officer for Transport and Public Works said the contract is being valued at over R500 million.
The aim of the visit is to get an update on the project and to highlight the successes and challenges experienced during the construction period so far.
