The South African Institute of Race Relations says an apparent racist poster at the University of Pretoria
The poster urges students to sign up as committee members in one the university's residences to perform menial duties, but specifies that applicants have to be black.
Institute researcher Lucy Holborn says the poster certainly came across as racist, regardless of its intention.
She added that it shows that some youth may still have racist views not taking light of the fact that it’s not acceptable in South Africa
