Two suspects arrested in Hanover Park

Two children were shot and wounded in Hanover Park last night.

It is alleged that the 7 year-old boy and the 6 year-old girl were shot during a cross fire between two rival gangs in John Down Walk, Hanover Park.

The police`s Andre Traut said when police conducted their raids in the area they arrested two suspects.

Traut said the two men aged 34 and 19 years old were found in possession of two fire arms and ammunition.

He added that they will remain in police custody till they appear in court.
