Civil rights group AfriForum
today sent a memorandum about farm murders to 110 embassies and international
institutions.
In it they call on the international community to put diplomatic pressure on the South African government to address the issue.
A copy was also handed to a representative of President Jacob Zuma at the Union Buildings.
Deputy CEO Ernst Roets says their goal is to convince government to declare farm murders a priority crime and to implement specialist units for rural safety.
