Reports say filling stations have begun to run out of fuel, due to the transport strike.

It was reported that some petrol stations have been restricting motorists to 100-Rands’ worth of fuel.

Filling station owners say scheduled deliveries have failed to arrive, leading to low availability.

Negotiations in the transport industry are set to resume today.

Unions are still demanding a 12-percent increase, while employers are reportedly not budging from their eight-percent offer.
