Government to build 122 nursing colleges

Government has given details of some of the strategic infrastructure projects announced by President Jacob Zuma yesterday.

Zuma told the Presidential Infrastructure Investment Conference in Sandton that an estimated four-trillion-Rands will be spent over the next 15 years.

Economic Development Minister Ebrahim Patel says government will build a Durban-Free State-Gauteng logistics and industrial corridor to link South Africa's main industrial hubs.

Other projects include 122 nursing colleges and six hospitals.
