The Public Protector has confirmed to
AfriForum that it is to investigate President Jacob Zuma’s alleged abuse of
power in developing his home at Nkandla in KwaZulu/Natal.
Ernst Roets, AfriForum’s deputy CEO, says Zuma is wearing three hats.
He is the President, he is chairman of the rural development organisation that is developing Nkandla, and as a citizen with a personal interest in Nkandla he is also a beneficiary of the development.
Roets says this is most unethical.
