NCR warns indebted consumers

An independent report by the research team of the University of Pretoria Law Clinic has found that creative solutions and positive collaboration by stakeholders in the credit industry have streamlined the debt review process.

The report also found that few debt dressed consumers are making use of debt counselling in its current form.

National Credit Act says experience has shown that consumers do not know their rights and advantages.
