14 year old girl shot and killed in Hanover Park

A 14 year old girl shot and killed was one of three people killed in a day of horrific hostility in Cape Town yesterday.

Two men were also killed while another man and a six year old were injured in four separate suspected gang shootings.

Gang violence has flared up in Cape Town with three shootings reported in or near Hanover Park and one in Delft.

Captain FC Van Wyk says  police are investigating that the incident might be gang related.
