Truck accident leaves two in critical condition

 Earlier today Netcare 911 Paramedics responded to a truck accident scene on the N3 near the Petrol Port close to Heidelberg.

Upon arrival they found that the two truck occupants both sustained critical injuries.  

Spokesperson for Netcare’s 911 Santi Steinmann said the netcare helicopter was sent in to transport one of the injured patients to the Chris Hanni Baragwaneth Hospital.

 The second patient was also transported per helicopter to the second hospital.

 The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
