Two killed, three injured in accident

Two people died and three were injured in an accident on the R26 route outside Bethlehem.

Netcare 911 paramedics responded to a head on collision between a light motor vehicle and a heavy goods vehicle.

Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said that all the injured patients were treated and stabilised on the scene.

“They were later transported to Dhalabeng hospital in Bethlehem” she said.
