Messages of condolences pour in for Burry Stander

Messages of condolences are pouring in for Burry Stander,who was killed on Thursday evening in a hit and run accident in Durban.

Stander was cycling in Shelly Beach on the South Coast when he was knocked off his bike by a taxi.

The National Youth Development Agency said it is saddening to realise that yet another young life has been lost due to the carnage on South Africa’s roads.

NYDA Chief Executive Officer Steven Ngubeni urged all citizens to make it their business to curb the carnage on South Africa's roads.

KwaZulu-Natal police said a case of capable homicide has been opened.
