Minister of Social Development Bathabile Dlamini:violence against women and children complex problem

The Inter-Ministerial Committee on Violence Against Women and Children held a meeting on Wednesday in Cape Town to discuss matters of violence against women and children. 

Committee Chairperson and Minister of Social Development Bathabile Dlamini said they have noted that violence against women and children is a complex social and economic problem that affects all South Africans. 

Minister Dlamini said it has been agreed that they need to have minimum platform of action that will unit all women because the issue of violence against women and children cuts across.

Dlamini adds they need to have a minimum of action.
