The Portfolio Committee on Public enterprises says it has noted with concern the suspension of the South African Airways’ Acting Chief executive, Vuyisela Kona.

The Chairperson for public enterprises Peter Maluleka said over the past few months the national airline has experienced resignations from board members and top executives.

Peter Maluleka said the Committee was not happy with the report they received from the board regarding their way forward.

Maluleka also said the Committee only wants to see the Airline succeeding, hence they welcomed their report.

He added that they will support the airline in its journey to success.
