Police Spokesperson FC Van Wyk said the body of an 18 year-old teenager and 28 year-old were both burnt.

Van Wyk adds upon investigation the police found the bodies of the deceased burnt allegedly by a group of people who were no longer at the scene at the time.

A murder docket has been opened and is being investigated. No arrests have been made yet.
Police suspect this was an act of mob justice.

Police are engaging the exiting community structures like the Community Policing Forum to encourage the community to stop taking the law into their own hands, if the community suspects that any crime has been committed, they are encourage to make contact with the police for assistance, Van Wyk said.
