Mobile Safety Trailers to be handed over to the City Improvement District

Today Western Cape MEC of Community Safety Dan Plato will be handing over mobile safety trailers to six City Improvement District. 

Ministerial Spokesperson Greg Wagner said the CID is important in increasing safety for all people in the province. 

Wagner added that the mobile safety trailers will operate in places including Athlone, Blackheath, Cape Town City Centre, Parow.

24 CID’s are operational throughout the province, to improve and root out causes of crime in a sustainable manner.
