Two die and twelve injured in accident

An accident on the N3 Heidelberg area yesterday evening left two people dead and twelve others injured.
Netcare 911 Spokesperson Santi Steinmann said that a minibus taxi had overturned.
Steinmann said that a man and a child lost their lives during the accident.
“One man sustained critical injuries, seven people were seriously injured and four more sustained moderate injuries” Steinmann added.
Steinmann also said that all the injured people were treated on the scene before being transported to various hospitals in the area, and the cause of the accident is subject to a police investigation, Steinmann reiterated.
