MEC Robin Carlise to launch main road between Vredendal and Lutzville

MEC of Transport and Public Works Robin Carlisle will today officially open the main road R552 between Vredendal and Lutzville. 

MEC Carlisle and Councillor John Cleophas of the West Coast District Municipality will preside over the official opening of the road. 

Ministerial Spokesperson Sipheshihle Dube explains that the road itself is a combination of a public private partnership between the department of transport and public works and the mining company Tronox, who contributed to the surfacing of this main road an arterial link between Lutzville and Vredendal.
