Southern Cape police in search of missing man

The Southern Cape Police are requesting the public’s help in searching for Andrè Du Plessis.

Du Plessis went missing two years ago in George.

It is alleged that he left on a hike and never returned.

Southern Cape Police Spokesperson Malcom Pojie explains further that it’s been more than two years since they have been looking for Andrè Du Plessis, who went missing on the 13th of February 2011.

Pojie added that he allegedly went to the Outeniqua Mountains to visit a cross that had been erected there.

“He never and we are calling on the community and all the listeners to please assist us, if they have any information about his whereabouts to call the investigating officer, Warrant Officer JB Williams at the George police station,” said Pojie.
